Neighborhood Values

Laura recently helped me purchase my home, and she also assisted my elderly mother sell her last house and buy her current one four years ago. She is clearly well established in her profession and I understand why. I did not always make it easy for her to facilitate my offer, contingencies, and final walk through. Looking back, it was a big decision and I did not want anything to go wrong. She never once lost her patience or professionalism with me even when she might have had reason to. Many times, I was comforted by her experience/expertise that came across during what were for me critical junctures; I credit her for the success of my negotiations following the home inspection report. It also came to me that she is truly a kind, decent, hardworking person. I have no regrets about my life-changing purchase and am glad to have gotten to know her better.
