Laura recently helped me purchase my home, and she also assisted my elderly mother sell her last house and buy her current one four years ago. She is clearly well established in her profession and I understand why. I did not always make it easy for her to facilitate my offer, contingencies, and final walk through. Looking back, it was a big decision and I did not want anything to go wrong. She never once lost her patience or professionalism with me even when she might have had reason to.
