The photography was wonderful. The online ad looked amazing. Laura Swinden went above and beyond by working with the staging of our townhouse, attended the appraisal, followed up for the conclusion of the walk through, and attended the closing. Laura networked us with some helpful trades professionals like carpet cleaning and HVAC when we asked her for assistance. The extended Swinden Team also worked hard and made great contributions to the sales endeavor. We listed on MLS Thursday night, hosted more than a dozen showings through the weekend, received three offers by Monday morning (two over list price), selected the best offer, and signed a contract Monday evening.
