Laura Swinden went above and beyond by working with the staging of our townhouse, attended the appraisal, followed up for the conclusion of the walk through, and attended the closing. Laura networked us with some helpful trades professionals like carpet cleaning and HVAC when we asked her for assistance. The extended Swinden Team also worked hard and made great contributions to the sales endeavor.
